Patricia is an Executive Director at QuinRiver.

Patricia leads the Business Strategy and Advisory practices at QuinRiver, with a focus on corporate business consulting and advisory and M&A services offered across Southeast Asia.

Patricia was formerly with Maybank Investment Bank’s Leveraged Finance team, where she worked closely with private equity firms on cross-border LBO transactions. Prior to that, she held M&A and corporate advisory roles at Deloitte & Touche, Grant Thornton, and Baker Tilly in Singapore.

Prior to joining QuinRiver, she founded myStrategists Consulting in 2022, leading M&A advisory mandates exceeding MYR100 million and has completed USD650 million in total deal value across 14 transactions spanning industries such as Industrials, Renewable Energy, Education, Consumer Products, Technology, Aviation, Entertainment, and Biotechnology.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She has completed the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (Level 2) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Legacy Programme from The Institute of Leadership, United Kingdom.
